Currently all classes are full. To be put on a waiting list, contact us. All classes are sold by the month. A purchase of a monthly class package provides a slot for you in each of the scheduled classes. New clients, please contact us before purchasing so we can review class specifics.

Hard Core and More!

8pm – 9pm

This class is by invitation only. This is an advanced class that combines elements of Pilates mat and traditional core exercises. We also do resistance band work and occassionally add weights to our core work. It is fast paced and challenging.

Power Hour!

8pm - 9pm

This class is by invitation only. This is a circuit style class that uses resistance bands, weights and other props. All areas of the body are worked during each class... legs, arms, core! The level of this class is intermediate to advanced.

Get to Know Your Core!

This class is by invitation only. This class features the fundamentals of pilates along with balance, flexibility and muscle endurance training. The level of this class is beginner to intermediate. All movements are scaleable to ability level.
